Will It Ever Happen?

Saw this on MSN.com today.  The article itself is about a new iPhone Apple is going to debut but this is really the only thing I comprehended from the whole thing.

In the United States, Wall Street and consumers alike are eagerly anticipating an iPhone on the network of Verizon Wireless, the No. 1 telecoms provider.
But that announcement is not expected to come Monday. Most analysts expect to see a Verizon iPhone some time next year, or perhaps as early as this fall.

Not sure if I am excited to here more news about the iPhone coming to Verizon or not.  I'm starting to have mixed feelings about it.  Everybody is now talking about the HTC phones.  I've heard a lot of people say the new HTC Incredible is awesome but how am I supposed to know.  You never know how well a phone works until you used it.  I've also heard the Droid phones out rank the iPhone tremendously but again how do I know for sure Anybody have an opinion?  I may just hold out for the iPhone to come to Verizon.  Crap, I've waited this long what's another year.

What's up girl?! Nice find, however the truth appears to be that the iPhone does not stand a chance on the Verizon Wireless network this year (Atricle Here). Whilst the HTC phones are nice, and cool it all depends on how the phone needs to work for you. Do you want a phone that does its job by making reading emails, the web and text messages easy? From my personal experience with all three major phones; Blackberry, iPhone and an HTC Eries Droid the HTC phone fell short for me. Personally, I don’t think my mind is “Open” enough to consider the use of Google’s Android OS. I though the OS was clunky and complicated… However the iPhone’s exceptional wireless “Active Sync” with Gmail, Contacts and Calendar (for personal use) and Exchange Active (Enterprise Level) sync are top notch! The iPhone honestly made manipulating Gmail easier!! Not to mention managing all the settings and ect. were very easy as well. The BlackBerry device is simple as well, and with their new Release of the BlackBerry OSv6 (Operating System version 6) coming out soon (It’s designed for touch screens as well), I think they have a strong chance to stand toe-to-toe with the iPhone this time.
I guess in conclusion don’t get discouraged; “better things come to those who wait”. (maybe I should have posted something on my blog.. LOL). I bet the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011 will bring a lot to the table as far as Mobile tech is concerned. Also, if you wait you might get a new device even cheaper

Well dang that sucks! I think ill still hold out for the iPhone. I just love my iPod Touch and I'm used to it. I just like all the apps and i feel like email is real easy. Except for the whole not being able to mass delete stuff. Had I been an AT&T customer before I would already have it but I just like Verizon so much better. So, looks like I'm still holding on. :)
